Title: Princess Dibby
Time: a week
Medium: #2 pencil 0.9 mm lead, Crayola coloured pencils

There was a princess, not too long ago, who was named Stephanie. This princess was supposed to be named Samantha, but the doctors were foolish and messed up her birth certificate. She didn't mind, though. She just made up a whole new name for herself.

Princess Dibby lived in the far away kingdom of New Hampshire, with a few other princesses named Audrey and Jen. She also (unfortunately, she said) had a brother, Prince Jason.

She was a good princess. Crazy, yes, but a good one. Life was never dull with Dibby, for she made sure of that. An imaginative girl, she created people she liked more than real people, and pretended she was a super hero and a Japanese pretty boy. Crazy schemes were Dibby's specialty, and once you were dragged into one, you had to ride it out. It wasn't so much a punishment as it was an opportunity for adventure.

As every good princess is, Dibby was a hopeless romantic. Not like she would admit it easily either. Though saying 'The Notebook' and 'Titanic' were her favourite movies would be a huge stretch, saying roses were a flower she loved, and that the idea of Prince Charming was one she kinda liked were pretty close to the truth.

Dibby didn't like over doing it. 'Keep it simple, stupid' was the unsaid motto for her. If she could live in her pyjamas rather than dressing up, she would. Not like dressing up was bad... it just wasn't her style. She liked darker clothing no matter what she wore. But to keep from over doing the dark black and such, she would add dashes of bright colours, and occasionally, she would wear a white robe over her trademark dress.

So this is :iconxdibbyx: in Disney princess form. I wanted to do myself first, but self portraits prove difficult for me... This is going to be a series of a few of my friends turned into princesses worthy of hanging with Belle, Mulan, Pocahontas, and Ariel.

And me, of course. I'm the best princess out there. *ego alert*
